Hello! I’m George Soames and this blog chronicles my encounters with wildlife and the natural world. I am an apprentice environmental conservationist with the Norfolk Wildlife Trust, based at Holme Dunes. I was previously a professional gardener for Jesus College, Cambridge and I continue to provide freelance garden maintenance and advice to King’s Lynn and the surrounding areas.
